Copyright and Content Rights

INKannada.Net is an independent cinema information website. Copyright, trademark and other rights in third-party photographs, posters, lyrics, music and videos remain with their respective rights holders. This page explains how to raise a specific content-rights concern.

Permissions and attribution

Identifying a rights holder or crediting a source does not, by itself, grant permission to publish a protected work. Materials should be used only with a suitable licence, permission or other applicable legal basis. A film database entry, embedded player or external link does not transfer ownership of the underlying material.

Report a concern

Email contact@inkannada.net with the subject “Copyright concern — INKannada.Net”. Include:

• Your name and a reply email address.
• The work concerned and information sufficient to identify it.
• The exact URL on our website and the specific text, photograph, lyric, recording or embed you are reporting.
• An explanation of your connection to the work or authority to represent the rights holder.
• A description of the concern and the action you are requesting.
• Supporting information about ownership or permissions, where available.

Please provide accurate information and do not send passwords, unnecessary identity documents or unrelated sensitive information. This is the site’s general reporting channel, not a claim that a statutory copyright-agent registration exists.

How reports are handled

We aim to review specific, good-faith reports and take appropriate action, which may include seeking clarification, correcting an attribution, limiting access or removing material. The appropriate response depends on the facts and applicable rights. No fixed response deadline or outcome is promised. A person affected by an action may contact the same address with relevant clarification or permission evidence.

External video platforms

Some videos are hosted by external platforms and played through their own players. The external platform or uploader controls the underlying upload and its availability. A concern about an embed on this website may be reported here; a concern about the source upload can also be raised through the platform’s reporting process. Availability of an embed does not prove that the upload was authorised.

Reader submissions

Do not submit copied reviews, full lyrics, photographs or other protected material unless you have the necessary rights. Do not upload pirated films, unauthorised downloads, circumvention instructions or private information. See our Terms and Conditions and Editorial and Corrections Policy.

Corrections and privacy are separate
